ZahyFit is intended for general wellness and informational purposes. Calorie, nutrition, workout and AI-generated recommendations are estimates and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical, dietary or exercise decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, for using the app safely, and for maintaining the security of your account credentials where accounts are enabled. Do not use ZahyFit for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

5. AI Features

AI-powered features can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Review important information before relying on it. Food recognition and nutritional estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered through Google Play, the Apple App Store or another authorized platform. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are subject to the applicable store's terms and policies.

ZahyFit may rely on third-party services for AI, food databases, health integrations, payments, advertising, authentication, hosting or other functionality. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using ZahyFit at any time. Where account creation is enabled, request deletion through our Account Deletion page. Deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
