2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and operate ZahyFit, analyze meals and provide nutrition estimates, track calories and workouts, personalize fitness and nutrition recommendations, process subscriptions and purchases, maintain security and reliability, diagnose technical problems, improve the user experience, and respond to support, privacy or data-related requests.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Food Analysis
Some ZahyFit features may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning services for food recognition, nutritional analysis, recommendations or other AI-powered features. When you request an AI feature, information necessary to perform that request may be transmitted to the applicable service provider. Depending on the feature, this may include food descriptions, food images, nutritional information or other information necessary to process your request.
ZahyFit does not intentionally use AI processing to identify you personally unless such identification is specifically required for a feature and clearly disclosed to you. AI-generated nutritional estimates are estimates and should not be considered medical, dietary or professional medical advice.
4. Third-Party Services
ZahyFit may use third-party providers for artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics or diagnostics, advertising, payment and subscription processing, food and nutrition databases, barcode information, health and fitness integrations, and application distribution or updates. Providers may process information as necessary to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their policies and applicable law.
5. Health and Fitness Data
If you choose to connect ZahyFit with supported health or fitness services, the app may access only the information you authorize. Health information is used to provide requested fitness and wellness features. You can manage or revoke health permissions through your device or the relevant health service. ZahyFit does not sell personal health information.
6. Food and Nutrition Data
Nutritional information may come from user input, food databases, barcode databases or AI-generated estimates. Values can vary between products, brands, portions, preparation methods and databases. Verify important nutritional information using product packaging or another reliable source when accuracy matters. ZahyFit is not a substitute for a qualified doctor, dietitian, nutritionist or other healthcare professional.
7. Photos and Food Analysis
When you submit a food photo or other image for analysis, the image may be processed by ZahyFit and/or the third-party service required to provide the requested analysis. Avoid uploading images containing unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
8. Advertising
ZahyFit may display advertisements through third-party advertising services. Advertising providers may process certain device or advertising-related information according to their own policies and applicable consent requirements. Where required, ZahyFit will provide appropriate consent choices.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
ZahyFit may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments are processed through the applicable platform provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. ZahyFit does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number when payment is processed by these platforms. Subscription status and purchase information may be processed as necessary to provide premium features, verify purchases, prevent fraud and manage subscriptions.
10. Information Sharing
ZahyFit does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with or processed by service providers when necessary to provide requested features, process AI requests, provide technical infrastructure, process payments, provide advertising, food or barcode information, health integrations, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
11. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through ZahyFit. Some information may be stored locally on your device, while other information may be processed or stored by service providers used for specific features. Security measures may include encryption, access controls and secure communications. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain the application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or protect application security. Retention periods may vary by information type and feature. Information stored locally may be removed using applicable app deletion or reset features. Third-party services may apply their own retention policies.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent and information about processing.
